The Mr. and Miss AASU Pageant Show has been part of Asian Kaleidoscope Month (AKM) since its inception. The pageant features motivated and hardworking individuals within the Asian American Student Union (AASU) at the University of Florida, and during the show, these contestants will exhibit their individuality in their talent, culture and evening wear. This year’s pageant will be Monday, October 8, 2012 in the Grand Ballroom of the J. Wayne Reitz Union. The winners of Mr. & Miss AASU 2012 will each receive a scholarship award and will be the face of AKM’s featured philanthropy.
